In anticipation of the loan request, you may need to prepare to submit documents to the lender for review. The following is a partial list of lender required documentation for final obtain loan approval:

1. Recent mortgage statement (if paid off, submit proper verification document(s)
2. Home Insurance Declarations page (insurance cards are not accepted)
3. Two recent pay stubs (also for the co-borrower, if listed)
4. Past 2 years of W-2 forms (if self-employed: use tax return (both personal and business) for same time frame)
5. Copy of driver’s license
